What it was
At Pieces for Developers I originated and led the company's partnership with Microsoft. I pitched the idea to Microsoft's Teams leadership, secured startup partner status, and led the cross-functional co-build that followed: a year of work across our team and Microsoft's, delivering a featured spot at Microsoft Build and a co-sell pilot that reached an engineering organization of roughly two thousand. I owned the relationship and the strategy, then drove the execution across both sides. It is the clearest proof of how I work: find the leverage, make the pitch, and ship the thing.
