Connor O’Hearn
I build small, durable companies at the seam of design, applied AI, and capital, plus the internal tools that make them run. Below is the path that got here, and what it has become.
Foundations
Shaker Heights, OH · University School · Miami UniversityBorn and raised in Shaker Heights, Ohio. I went to University School, then to Miami University’s Farmer School of Business, where I earned a B.S. in Supply Chain and Operations Management and led in student government. It set the pattern for everything since: a habit of collecting skills, built on operations, logistics, and the discipline of running things.
Early career
Textron Aviation · Kansas to BostonI moved to Kansas and then to Boston to sell airplanes for Textron Aviation. It taught me how to sell something genuinely complex, build relationships that last, and carry a large territory on my own.
Back to school
M.A. Geography · GIS · FAA Part 107I went back for a graduate degree in Geography, earned a GIS certificate, and got my FAA Part 107 remote pilot certification. It added research methods, spatial analysis, and Python to the foundation.
Early AI experience
Pieces for Developers · Chief of StaffAs chief of staff at a venture-backed AI developer-tools startup, I led cross-functional work and owned the company’s Microsoft partnership, from the first pitch to a featured spot at Microsoft Build and a co-sell pilot. I learned how to turn a relationship into a flagship proof point.
Out on my own
2555 Ventures · Founder and operatorI build and operate production AI systems for businesses, most visibly MOCO, an autonomous multi-agent marketing platform, alongside an applied-AI consulting practice. I design the systems, ship them, and run them.
